Last order date for Christmas delivery in the UK is the 19th December via standard mail and 20th December for express, but we will be dispatching up to the 21st. This relates to 'in stock' items so doesn't include our flags or painted pieces.
We do always recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure the items you want are in stock and delivered in plenty of time!
Lots of our products are made to order and turnaround times can be longer at busier times of the year so please bare this in mind.
Our custom, painted to order items can have up to a 3 week lead time before dispatch so we recommend ordering by the following dates for the following items (painted stackers, painted rainbows, letter blocks);
USA / Australia / Rest of the World: Friday 16th November
Europe: Wednesday 21st November
UK: Friday 30th November
Delivery dates are subject to change depending on our order numbers, so please place your orders are soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and our dates above are just a recommendation, if you would like to opt for a courier express service please do message us with your details and we can do this for you.
For our products with shorter lead times and items we hold in stock we recommend to order by the following dates (this includes all other items not listed in the details above);
USA / Australia / Rest of the World: Monday 26th November
Europe: Monday 3rd December
UK: Wednesday 19th December with standard delivery. Thursday 20th December with express (please contact us prior to ordering for a quote).
We would always advise opting for the tracked delivery option as we often find this is a faster service and parcels can be monitored along the way too.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for postal delays, Christmas is the busiest time of year for delivery services and it may take a little longer for your parcel to arrive. By keeping to the order dates above we hope this gives the best chance of parcels arriving in good time, giving extra time for any delays or customs clearances.
Standard UK delivery is sent by 24hr or 48hr Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch depending on the service.

UK shipping is free for all orders over £60, under £40 is between £1.50 and £3.95 depending on the weight.
Next day delivery in the UK is available on request. Please contact us prior to placing your order as we will need to send an invoice including next day delivery charges (which start from £7.50 depending on order weight). Please note that orders will need to be placed by 1pm and will need to include items which are not made to order (e.g. painted bottles, stackers or some engraved pieces). All next day orders are sent via Royal Mail 1pm delivery and someone will need to be home to sign for the parcel.
We ship worldwide, however if you do not see your country at checkout please contact us for a shipping quote.
International postage price is dependant on the weight of your order. Prices for International orders start from £2.95 for Europe and £3.95 for the Rest of the World.
We have a shipping calculator too, so you can see the postage price before checking out. To use this, please add the desired items to your cart and input your location and postcode/zipcode to see our shipping prices for your location. This saves you having to enter all of your delivery information prior to seeing your total.
Upon checkout, please choose the shipping method you would prefer. We send via Standard Airmail (which is untracked) or a Tracked Service (you will be provided with a tracking number.)
Express postage is also available via courier on request with shipping times of 1-3 or 5-7 days. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order list and we will provide a quote for you.
Royal Mail Airmail post can take up to 28 working days to arrive depending on the destination.
We strongly advise choosing the Tracked service as we are unable to track airmail items.
Any duties, taxes or customs charges are at the buyers expense and the buyer is responsible for these upon delivery.
During busy periods orders may take longer, please take note of the lead times on each product page.
Please note, choosing a tracked or express service does make your order a rush order - it means your order will be dispatched via a faster service than standard airmail so you will receive it sooner than standard post. If you require your order sooner or for a specific date, please contact us prior to your purchase to see if we can help.
We allow up to 28 working days before a parcel is considered missing, at which point we will make a claim with the shipping company. Once the claim has been logged we will always reship a lost parcel, however please note that this may take up to 2 weeks.
Please make sure you double check your delivery address at checkout, as once an item has been posted we are unable to alter the address. In the event that an incomplete address has been entered at checkout and the parcel has already been sent, we would need to wait for the item to be returned back to us as undeliverable. Redelivery postage is the responsibility of the customer. Sometimes the parcel may not be returned to us and become lost because of an address error, in this case the order would need to be placed again as we cannot accept responsibility for an address entered incorrectly.
